Compression testing machine 600-2000-3000 kN XP

The XP range frame is an extremely strong, one-piece frame conforming to NF P18-412 or E N 12390-4 standards. Whether 600, 2000 or 3000 kN, it comes in 2 different configurations:

XP Compact/NEOTRIS :

In this version, the chassis and NEOTRIS control panel become one. This configuration offers numerous advantages: reduced footprint, easy start-up with no need for connections, ergonomic working height, “pallet” chassis for easy transport and handling, watertight bottom (in compliance with legislation on hydraulic machines) for recovery of hydraulic leaks.

Console NEOTRIS:

Extremely easy to use: thanks to its 7” color TFT LCD touchscreen, access to all data is at your fingertips!

Excellent performance: with a measurement resolution of 24bits, a sampling frequency of 500Hz and a pressure transducer accurate to 0.15% of the measurement range, this console achieves accuracy class 0.5 and compliance with EN 12390-4.

Fully automatic control: requiring no human intervention during testing, NEOTRIS

automatically manages ramp-up speed and break detection. Save results on USB key: automatic saving on a 16 GB USB key (or more on request).

Printout of results on printer: integrated printer for printing results.

Network connection: the console can be connected to a network for results retrieval and remote maintenance.

XP/P on stand :

Mounted on a stand for ergonomic working height, the XP/P chassis is controlled by a NEOTRIS automatic control panel. This is the solution for all laboratories needing to control several frames (kerbs, pipes, pavers, etc.) from a single console.
